Role Description This full-time Healthcare Professional role is a hybrid position based in Kalyan, with some work-from-home flexibility depending on responsibilities and scheduling. Daily tasks include assessing patient needs, supporting fitting and adjustment of artificial limbs, and monitoring progress throughout rehabilitation. The role involves coordinating care plans, providing patient and family education on device use and maintenance, and documenting clinical activities accurately. The Healthcare Professional will collaborate with prosthetists, therapists, and other team members, maintain high standards of safety and hygiene, and participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Clinical and emergency care skills, such as EMT and foundational Medicine knowledge, appropriate to a rehabilitation setting.
- Strong Communication abilities for interacting with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Understanding of Healthcare practices, including patient safety, infection control, and ethical care.
- Experience in Training patients and caregivers on proper use of artificial limbs and rehabilitation exercises.
- Relevant healthcare certification or diploma (e.g., physiotherapy, nursing, prosthetic/orthotic technician, EMT) is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a clinical environment and adapt to a hybrid work model.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail in documentation, and commitment to patient-centered care.
