💼 Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced GenAI / Agentic AI Lead with 8+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying production-grade AI solutions.
🔑 Key Requirements
- 8+ years of overall experience with strong hands-on AI/GenAI delivery experience.
- Production experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, or similar LLM platforms.
- Strong experience with LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or equivalent agentic frameworks.
- Excellent Python, FastAPI, and async programming skills.
- Experience with RAG, vector databases (FAISS/Pinecone/pgvector), prompt engineering, LLM evaluations, and HITL workflows.
- Hands-on experience designing multi-agent architectures, including tools, memory, planning, guardrails, observability, and human-in-the-loop gates.
- Strong cloud deployment experience, preferably Azure, including Azure OpenAI, Container Apps, Blob Storage, Key Vault, Entra ID/RBAC, and managed identities.
- Understanding of enterprise integrations such as Microsoft Graph API, Power Automate, Salesforce, etc.
- Exposure to n8n or similar workflow automation platforms is a plus.
- Ability to make architectural decisions between deterministic business logic and LLM-based judgment.
