Senior AI Developer / Technical Lead (Generative AI)

Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior AI Developer / Technical Lead with strong hands-on experience in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI/ML solution development. The ideal candidate should have experience designing and developing GenAI applications, integrating LLMs into enterprise solutions, and mentoring a small team of AI engineers. This role requires a good balance of coding, solution design, and customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for enterprise applications.
- Build GenAI use cases such as intelligent chatbots, document summarization, content generation, recommendation engines, and workflow automation.
- Develop applications using LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and Vector Databases.
- Integrate OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or other foundation models into business applications.
- Work with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or similar orchestration frameworks.
- Develop and optimize AI pipelines using Python and modern AI/ML libraries.
- Collaborate with product owners, business teams, and engineering teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
- Deploy AI solutions on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Follow best practices for model evaluation, monitoring, security, and Responsible AI.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance during solution implementation.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI and emerging AI technologies.
Required Skills
- 6–10 years of software development experience with at least 2–4 years in AI/ML and Generative AI.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Embeddings, and Vector Databases (Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, Milvus, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI APIs, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, or similar AI platforms.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent frameworks.
- Good understanding of ML/DL frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
- Experience deploying AI applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD practices.
- Understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native application development.
- Good communication skills with the ability to work directly with business stakeholders and technical teams.
