Role Description The Marketplace Manager (Marketilook) will oversee day-to-day activities related to marketplace advertising, catalog optimization, and seller tooling for key clients on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other major marketplaces. Responsibilities include planning and managing advertising campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, optimizing product listings and catalogs, and using marketplace tools to improve discoverability, conversion, and profitability. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and client stakeholders to implement strategies, troubleshoot listing or compliance issues, and maintain accurate product information and pricing. The Marketplace Manager will analyze sales and traffic data, prepare performance reports, and recommend actionable improvements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in marketplace advertising management, including campaign setup, bid optimization, keyword targeting, and performance analysis.
- Experience in catalog optimization, including product listing creation, content enhancement, SEO-friendly titles and descriptions, and image and attribute management.
- Proficiency with seller tools and platforms (e.g., Seller Central, vendor dashboards, analytics tools) to manage inventory, pricing, promotions, and issue resolution.
- Ability to analyze data, interpret KPIs (CTR, conversion rate, ACoS, ROAS), and generate clear, actionable reports for stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across marketing, sales, operations, and client teams.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and comfort handling multiple accounts or projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, or a related field; relevant marketplace management experience is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of Indian e-commerce marketplaces and consumer behavior; prior experience in Navi Mumbai or similar metropolitan markets is an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement in processes and performance.
