CLIENT: Our US client offers best-in-class solutions to meet the motion (AC,BLDC) needs of Global OEM customers in Medical devices,Aerospace,Defence, Auto component industries.
Key Drivers:
- Evaluate new product designs, materials and documentation working with design and development team to implement manufacturability and yield improvements and cost reductions.
- Design and develop the Assembly process, Jigs, fixtures & gauges for new products associated with Motor, Gear box and encoders.
- Work closely with Design Team to ensure Design for Assembly (DFA) during Design process including mapping new manufacturing processes & Equipment.
- Responsible for smooth transition of new products from proto to production stage.-act as a bridge between Design & Manufacturing..
Incumbent Profile :
- Technology Driven professional with 6 years of experience in Process engineering and process development geared towards process optimization, process control and new product development.
- Knowledge and hands on experience In Assembly process design and development, Jigs and Fixtures
- Development, Process validation and problem solving and monitoring tools.
- Electric Motor assembly & Measurement equipment concept finalization, selection of suppliers & Procurement activities.
- Skilled in PFMEA, CP&CPK, FACA, Why Why analysis ,7Qc tools, Sig sigma
Tools,SPC analysis.
ANNUAL COMPENSATION: 12-14 LPA
