Job details:
You deliver complete customer solutions, not standalone features disconnected from real use. You thrive in the challenging middle ground: ambiguous requirements, inconsistent APIs, structured content, authentication flows, migration scripts, and the point where a customer's workflow finally runs from start to finish. If you prefer well-defined tickets with minimal customer interaction, this role will not suit you.
Quark enables enterprise teams to manage intricate content workflows. In this position, you will convert customer requirements into dependable implementations on the Quark platform: configurations, REST API integrations, webhooks, SSO/SAML connections, XML/XSLT transforms, migrations, and workflow automations. The work is technical, customer-facing, and focused on outcomes. A polished demo is insufficient. The solution must function under real-world conditions, pass validation against acceptance criteria, and be documented clearly enough for ongoing support.
AI is integral to how you operate. You will leverage tools like Claude Code or Cursor to accelerate delivery, and you will create practical AI agents, Skill files, or comparable automation assets that eliminate repetitive tasks. Over time, your contribution evolves from completing individual implementations to establishing reusable delivery frameworks that make subsequent customer deployments faster and more predictable.
If you are ready for hands-on integration work where AI, structured content, and customer outcomes converge, apply now.
What You Will Be Doing
- Convert customer requirements into technical implementation plans, acceptance criteria, and delivery tasks
- Configure Quark workflows, structured content models, rules, integrations, and connections to external data sources
- Develop and validate REST API, webhook, SSO/SAML, XML/XSLT, migration, and scripting-based automation deliverables
- Troubleshoot implementation defects by reviewing logs, payloads, authentication flows, transforms, and configuration dependencies
- Produce clear runbooks, handover materials, and walkthroughs that enable customers to operate the delivered solution
What You Won’t Be Doing
- Developing unrelated core product features with no direct customer implementation objective
- Proceeding from vague tickets without clarifying requirements, constraints, and acceptance criteria
- Implementing temporary workarounds without root-cause analysis, validation, and reusable documentation
- Delivering generic training decks that leave customers reliant on undocumented tribal knowledge
- Delaying weeks to perfect a solution before demonstrating tested working progress
