About Tobbo
Tobbo is an early-stage consumer social startup building products around social interactions, human behavior, and authentic user experiences for a global audience.
What You’ll Do
* Own Tobbo’s growth, brand, and marketing from strategy to execution.
* Design and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies, product launches, and growth campaigns.
* Build and grow Tobbo’s presence across social media platforms.
* Create and publish engaging content, videos, creatives, and marketing assets using AI tools to accelerate execution across digital channels.
* Develop compelling storytelling and marketing campaigns that strengthen the brand and drive user acquisition.
* Build and manage influencer, creator, ambassador, and community partnerships.
* Identify viral growth opportunities, run experiments, measure results, and continuously optimize performance.
* Stay on top of internet culture, consumer trends, and emerging platforms to discover new growth opportunities.
* Work closely with the founders, product, and design teams to build a brand people genuinely connect with.
What We’re Looking For
* Hands-on experience building or growing Consumer Social products is highly preferred. Candidates with experience in Social, Creator Economy, Content, Community, Gaming, Marketplace, or other consumer mobile products are also encouraged to apply.
* Strong understanding of branding, consumer psychology, storytelling, social media, community building, influencer marketing, growth marketing, and user acquisition.
* Experience planning and executing go-to-market strategies, product launches, integrated marketing campaigns, and growth experiments.
* Strong creative thinking with the ability to turn ideas into execution.
* Proficiency with AI tools for content creation, creative production, research, and workflow automation.
* Self-driven, highly organized, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced 0→1 startup environment.
