Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a candidate joining the D’LIFE Home Interiors team. The role involves supporting interior projects through tasks such as coordinating with design and production teams, managing client communications, and assisting with project documentation and follow-up. The candidate will help ensure that design concepts are accurately translated into execution, maintain timelines, and address day-to-day operational needs at the experience center. Responsibilities may include preparing reports, organizing client meetings, resolving basic queries, and contributing to a smooth handover process. The role requires close collaboration with colleagues across departments to uphold D’LIFE’s quality standards and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage professionally with clients and internal teams.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple projects, documentation, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Basic understanding or interest in interior design, architecture, or home décor; prior experience in interiors or related fields is an advantage.
- Proficiency in office productivity tools (such as word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software) and comfort with using digital platforms.
- Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in project execution.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida on a full-time basis and collaborate in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Relevant diploma or degree in interior design, architecture, business, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
