We are looking for a Digital Marketing Lead with strong real estate experience to drive our digital strategy, performance marketing, lead generation, and online brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for real estate projects.
- Lead Google, Meta, YouTube, SEO/SEM and social media campaigns.
- Drive qualified leads and optimize CPL, ROI/ROAS and conversions.
- Manage digital agencies, budgets, campaigns and performance reporting.
- Collaborate with Sales, CRM and Creative teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
- Track digital trends, competitor activity and identify new growth opportunities.
Candidate Profile
- 5–10 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in Real Estate.
- Strong expertise in Performance Marketing, Lead Generation, SEO/SEM and Social Media.
- Experience managing digital campaigns and marketing budgets.
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Candidates with experience in real estate project marketing will be preferred.
