Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Product Owner to take end-to-end ownership
of a key digital platform within the Property Technology domain. This role will work closely
with business and technology stakeholders based in Ireland and London, supporting the
delivery and evolution of digital platforms for the property technology ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Product Ownership
• Own the product lifecycle from discovery through delivery and continuous
improvement.
• Define and manage product vision, roadmap, priorities, and delivery objectives.
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, customers, and engineering teams.
• Make product decisions that balance customer needs, business goals, technical
feasibility, and timelines.
• Take full accountability for product outcomes and value delivery.
Product Strategy & Roadmap
• Work with stakeholders in Ireland and London to understand business objectives and
market needs.
• Translate business requirements into clear product initiatives.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps aligned with strategic priorities.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer journeys, operational efficiency, and
business performance.
• Continuously evaluate product opportunities based on customer feedback, data, and
market trends.
Agile Delivery Management
• Own and prioritize the product backlog.
• Create clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, UX/UI, QA, architecture, and delivery teams.
• Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, demonstrations, and product reviews.
• Ensure high-quality product delivery within agreed timelines.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Essential
• 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or
similar product role.
• Experience owning digital products or platforms end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of Agile product development practices.
• Experience managing product backlogs, requirements, and delivery priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with distributed teams across different geographies.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technology
solutions.
• Strong ownership mindset with a bias towards action and delivery.
Preferred
• Experience working with SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, FinTech, PropTech,
CRM, Banking, Lending, Insurance, or workflow automation products.
• Experience working with UK/Ireland-based customers or international stakeholders.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, and cloud-based platforms.
• Experience improving digital customer journeys and business processes.
Preferred / Good to Have
• Experience in Property Tech / PropTech, Real Estate platforms, or CRM systems.
• Experience in SaaS products or enterprise software platforms.
• Exposure to end-to-end software implementation projects.
• Understanding of integrations, APIs, and system workflows.
