About the Role
Edunet Foundation is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Program Manager to lead end-to-end program execution, drive stakeholder engagement, and ensure successful delivery of skilling initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead program planning and execution from inception to completion
✅ Build and manage relationships with government bodies, academic institutions, CSR partners, and industry stakeholders
✅ Oversee outreach, mobilization, training delivery, and placement activities
✅ Manage cross-functional teams including Trainers, Coordinators, and Placement Officers
✅ Monitor program KPIs, MIS, budgets, and periodic reports
✅ Identify implementation challenges and drive timely resolutions to ensure program success
Eligibility
✔️ Graduate (MBA/MSW preferred)
✔️ 4–5 years of experience in Program Management, CSR, Skill Development, Education, or Social Impact projects
✔️ Strong stakeholder management, team leadership, and project execution skills
✔️ Excellent communication, analytical, and reporting abilities
✔️ Willingness to travel as per project requirements
