🚀 Hiring: AEM DevOps Engineer
📍 Location: Remote
💼 Experience: 6–8 Years
🧑 💻 Employment Type: Full-Time/ Contract
We are looking for an experienced AEM DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in AEM as a Cloud Service, Adobe Cloud Manager, CI/CD, and cloud technologies to join our team.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain AEM Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) environments using Adobe Cloud Manager.
- Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for reliable and faster deployments.
- Automate build and deployment processes using Jenkins, Git, Maven, and scripting.
- Manage release cycles, environment configurations, deployments, and rollback strategies.
- Monitor system health, logs, alerts, and application performance.
- Troubleshoot AEM deployment, performance, and production issues.
- Work with Dev, QA, and Architecture teams to improve release processes.
- Support Dev, Stage, and Production environments.
- Ensure security, governance, and DevOps best practices.
- Drive automation and continuous improvement across the AEM platform.
🛠️ Required Skills
- 6–8 years of IT experience with strong AEM DevOps / AEM Cloud experience.
- Hands-on experience with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).
- Strong experience with Adobe Cloud Manager and deployment pipelines.
- Good understanding of AEM Author, Publish, and Dispatcher architecture.
- Strong hands-on experience with Jenkins, Git/GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket.
- Experience with Maven / Gradle.
- Shell scripting; Python is an added advantage.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes and cloud-native deployments.
- Understanding of Dispatcher, CDN, caching, SSL, and security.
- Monitoring, logging, performance tuning, and production troubleshooting.
⭐ Good to Have
- Terraform / Infrastructure as Code.
- Adobe AEM or DevOps certification.
- Experience with enterprise-scale AEM Cloud implementations.
- Agile/Scrum experience.
- Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.
