About Polygnan
Polygnan is building the future of engineering education.
Founded by ex-Meta and Oracle leaders, we're helping students become AI-native builders, entrepreneurs, and problem solvers instead of simply preparing them for placements.
Over the last year, we've worked with hundreds of students across India, built a global mentor network of leaders from top technology companies and startups, and launched programs where students build products, work with businesses, and even earn their first income while still in college.
We are building flagship initiatives is EYFI (Earn Your First Income), a nationwide movement helping students earn their first income through ethical, legal work while learning real-world skills.
We're still a very small team.
Which means every person here moves the needle.
Before You Apply
This is not a strategy internship.
This is not a "sit in meetings and make PowerPoint" internship.
This is execution.
You'll work directly with the founders.
Some days you'll coordinate with colleges and startups.
Some days you'll talk to students.
Some days you'll build AI workflows.
Some days you'll organise data and an event.
Some days you'll solve problems nobody has solved before.
If you're looking for a structured internship where someone tells you exactly what to do every hour, this isn't it.
If you're excited by ambiguity, ownership, and building from scratch,
keep reading.
