Key Responsibility:
- Consultant & Stakeholder Coordination: Identify, research, and establish connections with new consultants, government departments, ministries, and other relevant stakeholders to support project objectives and organizational partnerships.
- Project Documentation Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and well-organized project records, ensuring all documents are properly filed, accessible, and compliant with organizational requirements.
- Document Preparation & Administration: Prepare, scan, print, organize, and manage project-related documents, reports, presentations, approvals, and correspondence for smooth project execution.
- Government Project Support: Coordinate and provide administrative and operational support for government projects by assisting with documentation, communication, scheduling, and liaison activities.
- Follow-up & Communication: Ensure timely follow-up with consultants, government officials, vendors, and internal stakeholders to track project progress, obtain approvals, and facilitate effective coordination.
- Project & Event Execution: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of project activities, meetings, workshops, training sessions, and events, while ensuring all pre-event, during-event, and post-event requirements are completed efficiently.
Qualifications
- Project management and coordination skills, including experience in planning, implementing, and monitoring social sector or CSR initiatives.
- Stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with communities, partner NGOs, government bodies, and corporate donors.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills for data collection, impact assessment, documentation, and presentation to senior leadership and partners.
- Excellent communication skills in English and local languages (spoken and written), with the ability to prepare proposals, reports, and outreach materials.
- Leadership and team management abilities, including mentoring project staff and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Public Policy, Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience (typically 4–7 years) in the development sector, CSR projects, or community-based programs, preferably with rural or marginalized communities.
- Comfort with regular field visits, on-ground coordination, and working with diverse cultural and socio-economic groups.
- Proficiency in basic digital tools (MS Office, project tracking tools) and willingness to learn new systems as needed.
