About the Role
We are hiring on behalf of a UK-based AI startup currently in its growth phase following a successful beta launch. The company has built an AI-driven workplace sentiment platform that analyses real-time employee feedback for enterprise clients.
The product works, now it needs to look the part.
We are looking for a UI/UX designer with development skills who can elevate the platform's visual design to a modern, polished, and professional standard. You will work directly with the founding team and collaborate with an existing engineer.
This is a contract role starting with a one-month trial period, with a strong possibility of long-term extension based on performance.
Must Have
- Figma — expert level, this is non-negotiable
- Framer — animated, fluid, modern design experience, non-negotiable
- An eye for premium, modern UI — not just functional, but beautiful
- Ability to ship design into working product quickly
- Strong English communication for direct collaboration with founders
- Comfortable working independently in a small, diverse startup team
Nice to Have
- Laravel backend knowledge
- Experience with AI-powered SaaS platforms
- Experience working with UK or European clients
What You Will Work On
- Redesigning and elevating the platform UI to a premium standard
- Building animated, fluid interfaces using Framer
- Collaborating with the existing engineer on implementation
- Contributing to the design of future features including a voice agent
