We’re now scaling Digikhata, our RBI-authorized PPI platform, and are looking for an exceptional Head of Product to lead its next phase of growth.
What You’ll DoAs the Head of Product – Digikhata, you’ll own the vision, strategy, execution, and growth of our UPI and PPI ecosystem in order to drive customer acquisition.
You’ll work closely with Engineering, Compliance, Operations, Risk, Business, Marketing, Partnerships, and Leadership to build products that are secure, scalable, customer-centric, and commercially successful.
Your responsibilities will include:✅ Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Digikhata’s UPI & PPI ecosystem.
✅ Drive customer acquisition, merchant growth, engagement, retention, and monetization.
✅ Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle—from ideation to launch, optimization, and scale.
✅ Build innovative payment products including wallets, prepaid instruments, merchant solutions, and value-added financial services.
✅ Collaborate with Engineering, Business, Compliance, Operations, Marketing, and Leadership to deliver high-impact products.
✅ Ensure compliance with RBI, PPI, KYC, AML, and payment security standards.
✅ Define GTM strategy, pricing, partnerships, and commercial models to accelerate growth.
✅ Track product performance using data, customer insights, and key business metrics to drive continuous improvement.
✅ Build and mentor a high-performing product team while fostering innovation and execution excellence.
We’re Looking For✔ 8–15 years of experience in Product Management within FinTech, Digital Payments, Banking, or Financial Services.
✔ At least 5 years leading product teams and owning high-impact payment products.
✔ Proven experience building and scaling Digital Wallets, PPI, Merchant Payments, Payment Platforms, or Consumer Financial Products.
✔ Strong understanding of RBI regulations, PPI licensing, KYC, AML, and payment compliance.
✔ Experience working with banks, payment gateways, card networks, fintech partners, or the NPCI ecosystem.
✔ Strong commercial mindset with experience in product strategy, pricing, GTM, and business growth.
✔ Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
✔ Tech + MBA prefer
