Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for an AI Automation Engineer. The AI Automation Engineer will design, build, and maintain AI-driven automation workflows that optimize debt-management processes, credit assessment, and customer journeys. Daily responsibilities include developing and integrating automation tools, collaborating with product, engineering, and operations teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, and implementing robust monitoring and control systems for deployed models and bots. The role involves troubleshooting automation issues, refining models based on performance data, and ensuring that AI solutions comply with security and regulatory requirements. The engineer will document technical designs, support cross-functional stakeholders in understanding automation capabilities, and contribute to continuous innovation in BillCut’s financial technology platform.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Automation and Robotics to design and implement intelligent, scalable workflows.
- Proficiency in Electrical Engineering and Process Control to understand and integrate hardware or system-level components where needed.
- Demonstrated skills in Troubleshooting complex technical issues across AI models, APIs, and automation pipelines.
- Experience with AI/ML technologies (e.g., Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, data pipelines, model deployment) and software engineering best practices.
- Understanding of financial services or fintech domains, especially credit, loans, or payments, is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and document solutions effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, RESTful APIs, and security/compliance considerations in production-grade systems.
