About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our technical teams, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution of complex IT projects within our DevOps environment. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget, while maintaining strong communication channels across regions and departments. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. A minimum of five years’ experience in delivering systems development or integration projects, particularly involving critical real-time or online systems, is required. Experience working in an international context and the ability to travel up to 30% annually are essential. Candidates should have a solid understanding of ITIL and DevOps principles, along with relevant certifications. Fluency in English is mandatory, and proficiency in additional languages will be considered an advantage. Candidates must also be able to pass a Criminal Records Check for airport airside access.
Responsibilities
- Act as the technical project coordinator within our DevOps setup, proactively anticipating market trends and ensuring project commitments are fulfilled.
- Deliver and commission IT solutions with minimal disruption, adhering strictly to company processes and standards.
- Collaborate closely with regional project management teams and system engineers to coordinate technical execution and meet project requirements.
- Provide pre-sales support, assisting in project acquisition, and guiding projects from initial engagement through to successful go-live.
- Support Product Management and Solution Architects by providing operational insights to aid in the design and development of new systems.
- Execute projects with a focus on quality, timeliness, and budget adherence, ensuring all deliverables meet organizational standards.
- Follow DevOps principles, maintaining effective communication and collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Assist the Projects Team in planning, estimating, and setting deadlines for technical tasks and milestones.
- Conduct site acceptance tests and deliver comprehensive training to clients on deployed GATE solutions, ensuring they are well-equipped to operate the systems effectively.
