About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Manager to lead our Product Engineering Team responsible for VeriTouch, our flagship solution built on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the Power Platform. This leadership role involves overseeing the technical development, strategic planning, and execution of product initiatives to ensure delivery of a scalable, high-quality, enterprise-grade application. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in designing, developing, and managing complex software solutions within the financial services domain, with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence product architecture, drive innovation, and foster a collaborative team environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, business analysts, and quality assurance professionals, to ensure our VeriTouch platform remains at the forefront of digital banking and customer engagement solutions. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining best practices, implementing new features, and ensuring the team’s continuous professional development.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of proven hands-on experience with the .NET platform, C#, and Microsoft Dynamics 365, including extensive knowledge of Power Platform technologies such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and related tools.
- At least 5+ years of managerial experience leading and developing high-performing technical teams.
- Expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-grade applications, with a deep understanding of software architecture, cloud solutions, and scalable systems.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic solutions.
- Proven success in managing large-scale enterprise projects within the financial services or related sectors.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Experience with plug-ins, SSIS, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Customer Insights, Co-pilot, and Agent technologies is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Product Engineering Team, including developers, business analysts, and quality engineers, ensuring efficient sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives aligned with business objectives.
- Establish and enforce software development processes, coding standards, and best practices to ensure the delivery of secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
- Provide technical guidance on system architecture, design, and implementation, leveraging Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and related technologies.
- Mentor team members, conduct performance evaluations, and facilitate professional development activities to foster growth and accountability.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of VeriTouch, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and adherence to enterprise standards.
- Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to develop high-level technical roadmaps, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and advancements in Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and related technologies, evaluating their relevance and potential application to our products.
- Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
- Communicate technical strategies, product updates, and system roadmaps effectively to diverse audiences, including executive leadership and clients.
