Role Description: The Business Operations Coordinator is a full-time, remote role. This role manages day-to-day operational activities, including scheduling sessions, coordinating with therapists and patients and support staff, and maintaining accurate records of services and client information. The coordinator supports administrative processes such as documentation, data entry, billing support, and reporting to ensure the smooth functioning of the rehabilitation center. The role includes responding to client inquiries, providing information about services, and ensuring a positive and professional experience for families. The Business Operations Coordinator collaborates with management to streamline workflows, track key operational metrics, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication( english) and coordination skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in operations, administration, healthcare, or customer coordination is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
