Role Description The Junior Product Manager role at VineForge Technologies is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. In this role, the individual collaborates with senior product managers, designers, and engineers to define product requirements and maintain clear documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing user and stakeholder feedback, translating business needs into user stories, and supporting roadmap planning and release coordination. The Junior Product Manager assists in tracking product performance, preparing reports, and ensuring that features are delivered on time and meet quality standards. The role also involves participating in client meetings, supporting demos, and helping improve processes for product discovery and delivery.

- Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, prioritize features, and break down complex requirements.
- Candidates should possess communication and collaboration skills, including clear written documentation, active listening, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should possess basic product management skills, such as familiarity with roadmapping, user stories, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management.
- Candidates should possess an understanding of web and SaaS products, including awareness of UI/UX principles, software development lifecycles, and digital business models.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is beneficial.
- Experience with project or task management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar) and basic familiarity with analytics tools is an advantage.
- An interest in working with startups and technology-driven businesses, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment, is highly valued.
