Job Title: Business Development Manager (Digital Marketing)
Experience: 3–4 Years (Minimum)
Job Description (Short):
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) for our Digital Marketing division who can generate business, build strong client relationships, and work closely with the marketing team to ensure client retention and growth.
Requirements:
- 3–4 years of experience in Sales/Business Development (Digital Marketing preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and proposal preparation.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Professional appearance and good dressing sense for client meetings.
- Bold, confident, proactive, and a quick learner.
- Ability to work closely with the marketing team for smooth project execution and client retention.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
- Work from Office only (No Work From Home).
