Job Description
Role & responsibilities Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using Python, FastAPI, and ReactJS. Build secure, high-performance REST APIs and modern web applications. Provide technical leadership on architecture, design, and engineering best practices. Lead design reviews, code reviews, and resolve complex technical challenges. Drive AI-powered engineering tools and continuous improvement initiatives. Define coding standards, documentation, and software security practices. Champion CI/CD, automated testing, and high-quality software delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions. Mentor engineers and promote knowledge sharing across teams. Identify technical risks, reduce technical debt, and drive architectural improvements.Preferred candidate profile 8+ years of software engineering experience. Strong expertise in Python, FastAPI, and ReactJS for full-stack development. Experience designing and delivering scalable SaaS and cloud-based applications. Strong understanding of software architecture, REST APIs, microservices, and Docker. Hands-on experience with CI/CD, test automation, and Agile methodologies. Expertise in software design, debugging, performance optimization, and security best practices. Experience leading technical design discussions and architectural decisions. Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
