We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer based in India to join our growing development team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the modernization of our legacy systems while contributing to ongoing .NET development projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using the .NET framework
- Lead and contribute to the migration and rewrite of a legacy VB6 application to a modern language/platform
- Maintain, support, and enhance the existing VB6 legacy application during the transition period to the modern language/platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones
- Produce clean, well-documented, and maintainable code
- Participate in code reviews, technical planning, and architecture discussions
- Identify and resolve technical issues throughout the development lifecycle
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong proficiency in .NET (C# preferred)
- Proven platform transformation or legacy modernization experience
- Working knowledge of VB6 for legacy system maintenance
- Experience with SQL Server or similar relational databases
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Desirable Skills
- Experience with REST APIs and microservices
- Cloud platform knowledge (AWS)
- CI/CD pipeline experience
