About the Role
Proxsoft Developers is looking for a smart, creative, analytical and AI-savvy Copywriter & SEO Specialist who is equally strong in copywriting, SEO and modern AI-assisted content creation.
We don't evaluate candidates purely by years of experience. We're looking for someone with strong thinking ability, exceptional writing skills, practical SEO expertise and the curiosity to continuously learn and improve.
This role is ideal for someone who understands that AI is a productivity tool—not a replacement for critical thinking, creativity or originality.
What You'll Do
- Write compelling, clear and persuasive SEO-driven content for blogs, website pages, landing pages, case studies, email campaigns and marketing assets.
- Develop content strategies based on SEO, search intent, audience behaviour and business objectives.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and identify content opportunities and gaps.
- Optimize content for on-page SEO, metadata, internal linking, content structure and search intent.
- Research complex topics such as ERP, Power BI, Analytics, SaaS, AI and enterprise technology, and translate them into engaging, easy-to-understand content.
- Create content designed to both rank on search engines and convert the right audience.
- Leverage AI tools to improve research, ideation, content planning and productivity while maintaining originality and quality.
- Monitor SEO and content performance using analytics and continuously optimize content based on insights and data.
- Stay updated with changes in SEO, AI-powered search experiences and evolving content best practices.
What We're Looking For
- 2–2.5 years of experience in Copywriting and SEO.
- Excellent writing, editing, grammar and storytelling skills.
- Strong practical knowledge of SEO, including keyword research, search intent, on-page optimization, internal linking and competitor analysis.
- Strong research and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to understand technical products and new industries quickly.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities and take ownership of projects.
- Someone who thinks, questions, researches and recommends solutions instead of simply executing instructions.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar to improve research, ideation, content planning and productivity.
- Able to critically review, fact-check and refine AI-generated content while maintaining originality, accuracy and brand voice.
- Understands the ethical and responsible use of AI, including avoiding plagiarism, misinformation and over-reliance on AI-generated content.
