We want to talk to you.
At Pllum Legno, we work with architects and interior designers on real, live projects — and every day, renders come in that need the perfect material match. Veneers, laminates, panels — hundreds of finishes, one right answer for every space.
We're looking for a fresher Interior Designer who wants to learn this craft from the inside out.
What you'll be doing:
→ Study incoming renders from real projects and match them to the ideal material from our collection
→ Build your eye by seeing hundreds of live design projects — not just case studies
→ Help us build a render-matching tool for our website — be part of shaping the product, not just using it
→ Work closely with our design and material teams to understand finish, grain, texture, and application
Why this role is different:
Most fresher roles have you doing admin work for a year before you touch real design decisions. Here, you're matching materials to real spaces from day one — and learning what actually makes clients fall in love with a finish.

→ Freshers with a genuine obsession for interior spaces and materials
→ Fast learners who pick up new tools and systems quickly
→ An eye for detail — you notice grain direction and finish quality, not just color
