Job Description
Define and drive the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for a portfolio of Data, Analytics, and AI products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and digital transformation priorities.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with business stakeholders, technology teams, data organizations, and executive leadership to deliver high-impact products and accelerate adoption.
Build, mentor, and scale a product management organization while driving innovation, product excellence, ROI, and strategic build-versus-buy decisions across the product portfolio.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
- 16-20 years of experience in technology, including significant exposure to Data, Analytics, AI, and digital product management.
- Proven leadership experience managing large product organizations, including Product Managers and cross-functional agile teams.
- Strong expertise in product strategy, roadmap ownership, stakeholder management, and product delivery within enterprise environments.
- Working knowledge of modern data and AI ecosystems, including cloud data platforms, business intelligence tools, MLOps, and Generative AI technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to drive product adoption, business value realization, innovation, and organizational transformation at scale.
