Role Description The Engineer role at Sar Sai Management Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in multiple Locations. The Engineer will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring technical projects, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and safety guidelines. Daily tasks may include designing or reviewing technical drawings, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and performing inspections or tests on systems and equipment. The role involves troubleshooting issues, optimizing processes, and preparing clear documentation and reports for stakeholders. The Engineer will also support continuous improvement initiatives, contribute to project timelines, and maintain effective communication with supervisors, colleagues, and clients.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in engineering principles, with the ability to apply them to practical, on-site work.
- Proficiency in technical documentation, report writing, and clear communication with diverse teams.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project plans.
- Experience with basic project coordination, including tracking progress and supporting timely delivery.
- Attention to safety standards, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance practices.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in an engineering discipline (such as mechanical, civil, electrical, or related field).
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
- Ability to work on-site in multiple locations in India.
