Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Co-Founder role based in Thane. The Co-Founder will help shape the company’s strategic direction, develop and refine product offerings across multiple insurance categories, and drive business growth. Daily responsibilities include overseeing sales and marketing initiatives, building and maintaining key client and partner relationships, and monitoring market trends to identify opportunities. The Co-Founder will collaborate on financial planning, operational processes, and compliance with relevant insurance regulations, while helping to build and mentor a high-performing team.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Research abilities to evaluate market data, assess risk, and guide strategic decisions.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact with clients, partners, and team members and to represent the company externally.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales and Marketing skills to drive revenue growth, expand the customer base, and promote the company’s insurance solutions.
- Candidates should ideally have leadership and team management experience, with a track record in insurance, financial services, or a related industry.
- Candidates should have strong business acumen, familiarity with regulatory requirements, and the ability to work on-site in Thane in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; prior start-up or co-founder experience is an advantage.
