Work Schedule: Night Shift (8:30 PM – 5:30 AM IST) to support the US Pacific Time zone
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join a fast-paced engineering team focused on building and enhancing customer-facing digital products. In this role, you will design, develop, and support scalable cloud-native applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications.
- Build and enhance RESTful APIs and event-driven applications.
- Develop responsive web applications using React and TypeScript.
- Build scalable backend services using Go, Java, .NET, or similar object-oriented languages.
- Work with AWS cloud services and containerized applications.
- Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and code reviews.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve application performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams in an Agile environment.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical excellence.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong experience developing RESTful APIs.
- Experience building event-driven or distributed applications.
- Proficiency in React, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Hands-on experience with Go, Java, .NET, or another object-oriented programming language.
- Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, Redis, CloudFormation, Kubernetes, or similar cloud technologies.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of software design principles, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with New Relic and Splunk.
- Experience with automated testing and performance optimization.
- Previous experience mentoring engineers or leading technical initiatives.
