We are looking for a strong Technical ServiceNow Business Analyst with solid experience in ServiceNow ITSM, requirements analysis, stakeholder management, and technical-functional solutioning.
Client: Infosys
Exp: 7+ years
Notice period: Immediate
Loc: PAN India
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Gather, analyze, and document business & technical requirements
• Conduct stakeholder workshops and process discussions
• Translate requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria
• Work closely with ServiceNow Developers, Architects, QA, and business teams
• Perform AS-IS / TO-BE analysis, gap analysis, and impact analysis
• Support ServiceNow enhancements, implementations, UAT, and releases
• Define and validate workflows, approvals, SLAs, notifications, and Service Catalog requirements
• Support continuous improvement and automation initiatives
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint activities
🔹 Mandatory Skills
✅ Strong ServiceNow ITSM experience
✅ Incident, Problem, Change & Request Management
✅ ITIL / ITSM process knowledge
✅ Requirements gathering & stakeholder management
✅ BRD / FRD / FSD / User Stories / Acceptance Criteria
✅ ServiceNow workflows / Flow Designer
✅ Understanding of Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies & ACLs
✅ ServiceNow integrations / REST APIs – functional understanding
✅ UAT & defect management
✅ Agile/Scrum experience
🔹 Good to Have
• ServiceNow CSA / CIS-ITSM certification
• ITOM / CMDB / ITAM / HRSD / GRC exposure
• ServiceNow reporting & dashboards
• Experience with large-scale ServiceNow implementations or transformation projects
