Cyborg Mindset is a Business AI training and implementation company. We help founders, leadership teams, and B2B organisations build AI into how they actually work — through cohorts, workshops, and hands-on implementation engagements. We're small, early, and growing fast.
The Role
This is a Client Delivery, Engagement & Founder's Office role with real range. A good part of your week is client work — understanding their business, proposing where AI creates leverage, building relationships, and getting teams to actually use what we set up. You'll travel to client locations when the work calls for it. The rest is inside the company — working directly with the founder, Arun Jagannathan, on our product, our strategy, and how we deliver. What you see in the field feeds what we build next. You'll have a real say in both. You'll work closely with our technical lead, who builds the solutions — you own the thinking, the client, and the outcome.
What You'll Do
- Own client engagements — strategy, relationships, and results
- Read a business, spot where AI genuinely helps, and propose what to build
- Drive adoption — get teams from trained to actually using it every week
- Run the operating rhythm: cadences, trackers, and early flags when something's slipping
- Work with the founder on product, positioning, and company strategy

- Clients you own stay, renew, and grow — because they're genuinely getting value
- Teams you work with use AI as part of their normal week
- You're running engagements on your own — trusted with the client and their teams
- You've shaped our product, our playbook, and the way we think about what's ahead
Who You Are
- 3–5 years in a B2B client-facing, consulting, customer success, or Founder's Office role
- You use AI daily and have built things with it — nobody had to tell you to start
- You move without being asked, and own outcomes rather than tasks
- Warm and credible with senior stakeholders; structured when things are messy
- Energised by an early-stage company that's still being figured out
