Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Engineering, with experience leading QA teams.
- Strong experience in Retail POS / mPOS domain.
- Hands-on experience with Windows-based application testing and its Automation.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
- Strong automation experience using:
- Playwright + JavaScript
- WinAppDriver
- Appium +Java
- Experience in API and integration testing and its automation.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Azure DevOps/Jira, and CI/CD.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leveraging AI-powered engineering tools (e.g., Claude Code, Devin, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate test automation, improve engineering productivity, and drive modern Quality Engineering practices.
Preferred
- Experience with retail peripherals (barcode scanners, receipt printers, payment terminals, cash drawers).
- Experience with performance and non-functional testing.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
