Job details:
We're looking for a senior implementation manager to own how our platform gets deployed into customer environments, taking signed deals all the way to a live, formally accepted go-live. Alongside that, you'll project-manage our internal initiatives. This is a delivery role. You're the person accountable for implementations landing on time, on scope, and signed off.
You'll work closely with our Customer Success, Product, and Sales
Responsibilities
- Own each implementation from contract signature through to formal customer sign-off
- Run kickoffs and turn contracts and sales commitments into a clear scope, plan, and timeline
- Gather technical requirements including environments, integrations, data, access, and security, working with customer IT teams
- Coordinate configuration and integration work across our engineers and the customer's
- Plan and manage UAT: set acceptance criteria and track issues to resolution
- Manage go-live: readiness checks, cutover, launch coordination, and post-launch stabilization
- Drive formal sign-off, document delivery against scope, and hand over cleanly to Customer Success
- Own scope, risk, escalations, and timelines throughout, and keep every implementation's status impossible to misread
- Plan and run cross-functional internal projects across engineering, product, and operations
- Maintain project plans, track milestones and dependencies, and run status cadences
- Surface risks and blockers early and drive them to resolution
- Build the repeatable playbooks, templates, and methodology that make each implementation faster than the last
Requirements- 5+ years in implementation management, technical project management, or delivery, ideally in B2B or enterprise SaaS
- A track record taking enterprise software through go-live and formal customer sign-off, running several implementations in parallel
- Technical fluency. You can hold your own on APIs, integrations, data flows, environments, and security with engineers and customer IT. Y
- Strong project discipline. You build the plan, the tracker, and the cadence, and nothing slips quietly on your watch
- Confident stakeholder management. You can run an enterprise customer's project call and unblock an engineer in the same afternoon
- Clear, structured written and verbal communication
- Comfortable operating under real delivery pressure and keeping many moving parts organized without losing the thread
- Formal PM training such as PMP, PRINCE2, or agile certifications, useful but not required
