🚀 We're hiring: HRBP at HOWL 📍 Mumbai | 💰 CTC: ₹12–14 LPA

We're ~95 people and looking for an HR & Admin Manager to own our people function and partner closely with our leadership team.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who likes to build, not just maintain.
What you'll do
✦ Partner with leadership on workforce planning, org design, and people strategy
✦ Build and strengthen our existing HR team — mentor, level up, and structure it for scale
✦ Own end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, hiring, comp benchmarking, and onboarding
✦ Define clear roles, responsibilities, and pay bands so we hire the right people at the right cost
✦ Streamline HR & admin operations with scalable systems
✦ Keep us fully compliant — PF, ESI, gratuity, PT, TDS, POSH, and all statutory filings
✦ Own policies, handbooks, contracts, and HRIS
✦ Drive performance reviews, engagement, and a culture people want to stay for
You'll be a great fit if you have
✦ 5+ years in HR, including 2–3 in a generalist/manager role (50–200 person company ideal)
✦ Solid command of Indian labour law and statutory compliance
✦ Hands-on recruitment and comp-benchmarking experience
✦ Experience leading or building a small HR team
✦ A builder's mindset — strategic and hands-on in equal measure
