Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Product Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Product Manager will oversee the lifecycle of interior design and product development initiatives, from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with client needs and business goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and prioritizing requirements, defining product roadmaps, coordinating with design, engineering, and operations teams, and managing timelines and budgets. The role involves conducting market and user research, monitoring performance of launched products, and identifying opportunities for improvement or new offerings. The Product Manager will also prepare documentation and reports, support client presentations, and contribute to continuous enhancements in process and product quality.
Qualifications
- Product management and project coordination skills, including roadmap planning, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management.
- Experience with market and user research, data analysis, and translating insights into product features or improvements.
- Familiarity with interior design or product development processes, and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional creative and technical teams.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and internal teams.
- Comfort working on-site in Bengaluru and engaging directly with clients, partners, and vendors.
- Bachelor’s degree in product management, design, engineering, business, or a related field; relevant industry experience is highly valued.
- Experience with basic project management tools and methodologies; prior work in design or creative industries is an advantage.
