What You’ll Do
Social Media
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, carousels and other social media content.
- Write hooks, scripts and captions for short-form content.
- Shoot and edit Reels and help improve content quality.
- Track trends, memes and viral formats relevant to our audience.
- Plan and maintain a regular content calendar.
- Experiment with different content formats to increase reach and engagement.
Influencer Marketing
- Find relevant influencers and creators across Instagram and YouTube.
- Build and maintain an influencer database.
- Reach out to influencers and negotiate collaborations.
- Discuss deliverables, pricing and campaign requirements.
- Coordinate with influencers from outreach to content delivery.
- Track influencer performance and campaign results.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form content.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to come up with new content ideas.
- Comfortable appearing on camera is a plus.
- Basic video editing skills using CapCut, VN or similar tools.
- Someone who follows social media trends closely.
- Proactive, self-driven and willing to take ownership.
