Role Description The Assistant Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The individual in this role supports senior management in overseeing daily operations, coordinating client engagements, and ensuring timely execution of key financial and administrative activities. Responsibilities include preparing reports and presentations, tracking performance metrics, assisting in project management, and supporting internal process improvements. The Assistant Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams, responds to client and stakeholder queries, and helps maintain high standards of service delivery and compliance. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including comfort with financial data, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Proficiency in office productivity tools (such as spreadsheets, presentation software, and collaborative platforms) and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients, colleagues, and senior leadership.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, including experience handling multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience in financial services, consulting, or a related professional environment is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Management, or a related field; a relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Demonstrated integrity, professional judgment, and a commitment to confidentiality and ethical conduct.
