Role Description This is a full-time, on-site User Interface Designer role based in Bengaluru. The User Interface Designer will create intuitive, visually engaging interfaces for web and mobile applications, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and AI specialists. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing layouts and components, producing high-quality mockups and design systems, and ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints. The role involves working with UX partners to translate user research and workflows into clear interaction patterns, refining designs based on feedback and usability findings. The designer will also collaborate with front-end developers to hand off specifications, assets, and documentation, supporting implementation and iterating on designs after release.
Qualifications
- Strong User Interface Design and User Experience (UX) skills to create user-centered, accessible, and consistent interfaces.
- Proficiency in Visual Design and Mockups, including typography, color, layout, and component libraries using modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Familiarity with Front-End Development concepts (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) to ensure designs are feasible, responsive, and implementation-ready.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate design rationale clearly, and incorporate feedback constructively.
- Relevant education or equivalent experience in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- Experience designing interfaces for SaaS, AI products, or developer tools is a plus.
- Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work on-site in Satna.
