Role Description The Human Resources Associate is a full-time, hybrid role based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role involves supporting day-to-day HR operations, including recruitments, maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding and exit processes, and coordinating payroll and benefits-related documentation. The Human Resources Associate will help implement HR policies, support performance management cycles, and coordinate training and development activities across teams. The role includes handling employee queries, assisting in employee engagement initiatives, and preparing HR reports and documentation for leadership. The Human Resources Associate will collaborate closely with managers and team members to ensure a positive, compliant, and inclusive workplace.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Operations to support core HR processes and policy implementation.
- Candidates should possess Training & Development skills to help coordinate and support learning initiatives and employee growth programs.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience of 0-2 years in an HR support or HR generalist role, preferably in a technology or services organization.
- Knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and standard HR software or HRIS systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain confidentiality, and work collaboratively in a diverse, inclusive environment.
