Technical Architect - Remote Monitoring & Management

One of the fastest-growing remote access platforms, enabling secure remote work,
IT administration, remote support, and enterprise device management across Windows, macOS,
Linux, Android, and iOS. As part of its continued innovation, RemotePC is expanding its Remote
Monitoring & Management (RMM) capabilities to deliver enterprise-grade endpoint
management, monitoring, automation, patch management, software deployment, and proactive
device administration for businesses and Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
Key Responsibilities
○ Define the architecture and technology roadmap for the RemotePC RMM platform.
○ Design secure, scalable, and cloud-based solutions for endpoint management.
○ Build core RMM features such as monitoring, patch management, software deployment, automation, and compliance.
○ Ensure secure communication between endpoint agents and cloud services.
○ Review technical designs and promote engineering best practices.
○ Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Security teams.
○ Mentor engineers and support continuous technical improvement.
Required Skills
● 10-15 years of software development and architecture experience.
● Strong expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native SaaS applications.
● Hands-on experience with Java (Spring Boot) and/or Go.
● Good understanding of Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) and endpoint management platforms.
● Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.
● Knowledge of REST/gRPC APIs, Kafka/RabbitMQ, SQL/NoSQL databases, and observability tools.
● Strong understanding of networking, security, authentication, encryption, and endpoint security.
● Excellent leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Preferred Skills
● Experience building enterprise-scale RMM, UEM, or Endpoint Management platforms.
● Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux endpoint management.
● Experience with telemetry, monitoring, remote support, and automation.
● Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, LDAP, and SSO.
● Cloud or Security certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP, CISSP, CCSP) are an advantage.
