What This Role Will Focus On
- Define and drive the product roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Gather customer insights and translate them into product opportunities
- Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Partner closely with engineering and design teams throughout the development lifecycle
- Prioritize features based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility
- Analyze product performance and leverage data to drive decisions
- Collaborate with sales, customer success, and marketing teams to improve product adoption
- Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to identify growth opportunities
- Drive product launches and ensure successful feature rollouts
Skills & Experience Required
- 4–8 years of experience in Product Management, preferably within SaaS environments
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, customer journeys, and product metrics
- Experience managing products through the complete lifecycle
- Ability to translate business requirements into actionable product plans
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with Agile development methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience using product analytics tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
