🚀 We're Hiring | Principal Engineer – Java | Spring Boot | Microservices | GenAI Architect

Are you passionate about designing large-scale distributed systems and building next-generation AI-powered applications?
We are looking for a Principal Engineer who brings deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture, and Generative AI to lead the design and development of highly scalable enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
- Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of cloud-native solutions.
- Drive adoption of Generative AI technologies, including LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, and AI-powered application development.
- Define technical roadmaps, architecture standards, and engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.
- Mentor senior engineers and provide technical leadership across multiple teams.
- Ensure application scalability, security, performance, and high availability.
Required Skills
✔ Strong expertise in Core Java (Java 17+)
✔ Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, REST APIs
✔ Extensive experience in Microservices Architecture & Distributed Systems
✔ Expertise in System Design & Architecture
✔ Experience with Generative AI/LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, etc.)
✔ Knowledge of RAG, LangChain/LangGraph, Vector Databases, AI Agents
✔ Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD
✔ Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP
✔ Strong understanding of design patterns, scalability, observability, and performance optimization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building enterprise AI platforms.
- Exposure to MLOps and AI deployment pipelines.
- Excellent stakeholder management and technical leadership skills.
- Prior experience leading architecture initiatives for large-scale enterprise products.
