Company Description
FluidifyAI is an AI SRE platform that diagnoses production incidents, surfaces root cause, and heals systems before the on-call engineer finishes reading the alert. Our stack spans Neuri (adaptive RCA engine), Reflex (auto-heal engine), Gills (conversational infrastructure control), and Regen (our open-source on-call and alerting layer, already deployed across hundreds of teams). We are a small, fast-moving, founder-led team, and every hire has real ownership from day one.
Description
This is a full-time, remote Founders Office role supporting strategic and operational priorities across FluidifyAI. The role involves working closely in the Founder's Office with a strong focus on sales. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and running our outbound pipeline: getting qualified engineering leaders onto calls and helping convert them into pilot partners and paying customers. Because you're working this closely with the founder, you'll also get pulled into other high-priority projects as they come up, hiring, positioning, competitive research, whatever the business needs that week. Sales is the job. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, can move quickly in an early-stage environment, and is comfortable switching between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Role
- Run outbound outreach (LinkedIn, email, calls) against target account lists of US software companies with 50–500 engineers
- Qualify inbound, outbound, and open-source-sourced leads against our ideal customer profile
- Book and help run discovery with Heads of SRE, DevOps leads, and VPs of Engineering, other ICPs and engage directly with the founder on closing
- Keep CRM/pipeline data clean and up to date: every lead, every touch, every outcome logged
- Work closely with the founder on target lists and messaging, and continuously refine outbound scripts and sequences based on what's actually converting
- Jump into whatever cross-functional problem is in front of the founder that week: hiring support, competitive research, pricing questions, pilot scoping
- Bring structure to ad hoc problems and turn them into something repeatable
Qualifications
- 0 to 2 years of experience, ideally with some exposure to sales, business development, or a fast-paced operating environment (B2B SaaS, devtools, or infrastructure backgrounds are a plus)
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach and rejection; this is a numbers-and-consistency role at its core
- Comfortable working US-overlapping hours from Gurgaon, remote
- Strong analytical and research capabilities, including market, competitive, and product research, and the ability to synthesize insights into clear recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing documents, presentations, and stakeholder updates for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Operational and project management skills, including task prioritization, cross-functional coordination, and building lightweight processes in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrate sound judgment, handle confidential information, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, economics, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in a founders office, chief of staff, product, strategy, consulting, or operations role is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Ability to understand modern SaaS, DevOps/SRE concepts, and AI-driven products; experience in tech or startups is a plus.
How We Hire
- A short call with the founder. 30-45 minutes.
- A work task. Real outbound exercise: write a sequence and prioritize a target list. Should take 2-3 hours.
- A follow-up conversation walking through your task and going deeper on your background.
- A reference check.
- Offer within 5 days of the follow-up conversation.
- We move fast. The whole process takes 2-3 weeks for the right person.
Competitive base + strong commission on every deal that closes from your pipeline, plus company performance bonus. Structure discussed at offer stage.
