Remote & Hybrid
Bitrix Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is a ServiceNow-focused consultancy delivering enterprise implementations across ITSM, ITOM, and cloud discovery for clients in banking, financial services, and beyond. We're scaling our delivery team and looking for ServiceNow professionals at all levels — Remote and Hybrid options available.

What You'll Work On
- Development across the Now Platform — scripting, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, REST/SOAP integrations
- ITSM & ITOM configuration and delivery
- Cloud & on-prem Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management
- MID Server administration, re-keying, and instance health
- CMDB health, completeness, and CI Class Manager configuration
- Service Catalog, workflows, and Service Portal
- Solution design, requirement workshops, and client-facing delivery
You won't do all of the above — we'll match your strengths to the right work.
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform (junior to senior — we're hiring across levels)
- Strong grasp of the Now Platform and ITIL processes
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA / CAD / CIS) are a plus
- Experience with cloud discovery (AWS / Azure) or CMDB is a strong advantage
- Clear communication and a delivery mindset
