Job Summary We are looking for a Techno Functional Project Coordinator who can bridge the gap between business, technology, and operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with the CTO and President to coordinate multiple projects, gather and document business requirements, manage product backlogs, ensure timely project delivery, and act as the single point of coordination between business stakeholders and development teams. The role requires an individual who understands both technology and business processes, possesses excellent project coordination skills, and can communicate effectively with senior leadership, customers, and engineering teams. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Coordination Coordinate multiple software development and implementation projects simultaneously. Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables. Track project progress and proactively identify risks and bottlenecks. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with expected quality. Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports for leadership. Business Analysis & Functional Consulting Gather, analyse, and document business requirements. Convert business requirements into detailed Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs). Prepare user stories, workflows, wireframes, process diagrams, and acceptance criteria. Conduct requirement workshops with customers and internal stakeholders. Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities. Product & Delivery Management Maintain and prioritize the product backlog. Coordinate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Work closely with Product Owners and Technical Leads. Ensure development teams clearly understand business requirements. Coordinate UAT activities and production releases. Customer & Stakeholder Management Act as the primary coordination point for customers during project execution. Conduct project review meetings with customers and senior management. Manage project communications and meeting minutes. Build long-term relationships with customers and implementation partners. Handle change requests and scope discussions. Technical Coordination Coordinate with developers, QA engineers, DevOps engineers, UI/UX designers, and infrastructure teams. Understand APIs, system integrations, databases, and software architecture sufficiently to facilitate technical discussions. Track defects and ensure timely resolution. Support deployment planning and production releases. Documentation & Governance Prepare and maintain: o Business Requirement Documents (BRD) o Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) o Software Requirement Specifications (SRS) o Process Flow Diagrams o User Manuals o Training Documentation o Release Notes o Project Dashboards Maintain complete project documentation and version control. Leadership & Team Coordination Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams including development, QA, UI/UX, DevOps, infrastructure, operations, and business. Mentor junior business analysts and project coordinators. Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and organizational standards. Escalate risks and issues proactively to the CTO and President. Drive accountability and foster collaboration across teams. MBA, PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Business Analysis certifications are an advantage. Experience 3–5 years of experience in Project Coordination, Business Analysis, Product Management, or Software Delivery. Experience working with Agile software development teams. Experience in Healthcare, Insurance, FinTech, ERP, or SaaS products is highly desirable. Experience coordinating cross-functional teams of 10–30 members. Experience interacting with customers and senior management.
