Role Overview
MSM Grad is seeking a dynamic and visionary President to lead the overall business strategy, revenue growth, operational excellence, and long-term expansion of its online higher education and workforce development business. The President will be responsible for driving the company's strategic vision, business performance, profitability, institutional partnerships, digital transformation, and organizational growth. This role requires a proven business leader with strong commercial acumen, exceptional leadership capabilities, and extensive experience in scaling high-growth education or EdTech businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
• Define and execute the long-term vision and business strategy for MSM Grad.
• Drive sustainable business growth and organizational transformation.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion strategies.
• Represent MSM Grad with universities, corporate partners, government bodies, and key stakeholders.
Business & P&L Management
• Own complete business P&L including revenue, EBITDA, profitability, and cost optimization.
• Develop annual business plans, budgets, revenue forecasts, and growth strategies.
• Drive commercial excellence across all business functions.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure achievement of financial objectives.
Revenue Growth & Market Expansion
• Expand MSM Grad's presence across India and international markets.
• Develop strategic partnerships with universities, corporates, and industry bodies.
• Lead B2B, B2C, Enterprise Learning, Online Programs, and Workforce Development initiatives.
• Identify and launch new revenue streams aligned with market demand.
Product & Innovation
• Lead the development of future-ready academic and professional programs.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives across admissions, CRM, learner engagement, and analytics.
• Ensure MSM Grad remains competitive within the higher education and EdTech ecosystem. Operational Excellence
• Oversee Admissions, Student Success, Academic Operations, Placements, Technology, Finance, and Support functions.
• Establish governance frameworks, SOPs, quality standards, and compliance practices.
• Improve operational efficiency through process optimization and technology adoption.
Leadership & Organizational Development
• Build and mentor a high-performing executive leadership team.
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
• Develop leadership succession plans and strengthen organizational capabilities.
• Align cross-functional teams with the company's strategic objectives.
Stakeholder Management
• Maintain strong relationships with university partners, corporate clients, investors, and regulatory authorities.
• Collaborate closely with the Executive Leadership Team on business strategy and organizational priorities.
• Represent MSM Grad at industry conferences, educational forums, and networking events.
Candidate Profile Experience
• 18–25 years of overall professional experience.
• Minimum 10 years in senior executive leadership roles.
• Proven experience managing complete P&L responsibility.
• Strong background in EdTech, Higher Education, Online Learning, Executive Education, or Workforce Development.
• Demonstrated success in scaling businesses, driving revenue growth, and leading large cross functional teams.
