We are looking for an experienced Manager – Java Full Stack Development to lead a high-performing engineering team in Pune.
📍 Location: Pune
🏢 Work Model: Work from Office – Mandatory
💼 Experience: 10+ years
⏳ Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days preferred | Max. 45 days
🔹 What We’re Looking For
Technical Expertise:
- Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices & REST APIs
- Frontend experience with React / Angular; Vue.js knowledge is an added advantage
- Strong JavaScript / TypeScript fundamentals
- Experience with CI/CD, Docker & Kubernetes
- Exposure to messaging technologies such as RabbitMQ, Redis, MQTT / MQ
- Ability to provide technical direction while remaining hands-on when required
👥 Strong People Management is Mandatory
This role requires 4+ years of end-to-end people management experience, beyond technical team leadership.
Candidates should have hands-on experience in:
- Performance management
- KRA / KPI discussions and goal setting
- Performance reviews and appraisals
- Regular feedback, coaching and development conversations
- Team reporting and people management
- Managing team performance, growth and engagement
⚠️ Technical team leadership alone will not suffice. Candidates must have demonstrated experience in complete people management and reporting responsibilities.
🌍 Preferred Background
- Experience in product engineering organizations or technology-first companies preferred
- Strong service-industry candidates with deep hands-on expertise and product exposure may also be considered
- Experience working with global stakeholders, preferably European stakeholders
- Strong career stability with an average tenure of 2.5–3 years
- No academic gaps during Engineering / Master’s
