Key Responsibilities
- Manage Operations & Maintenance (O&M) activities for assigned Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs).
- Ensure smooth plant operations with optimum performance and minimum downtime.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with the Head Office for timely submission of reports, MIS, billing, and documentation.
- Monitor plant performance and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
- Lead and supervise site teams while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, environmental, and company guidelines.
Requirements
- B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5–10 years of hands-on experience in STP Operations & Maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of STP processes, pumps, blowers, and mechanical equipment.
- Experience managing multiple O&M sites.
- Excellent client handling, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities.
