We are hiring for a Staff Engineer/Tech Lead role with a fast-growing, New York–based fintech company that is transforming how hedge funds and asset managers analyze portfolio risk, measure performance, and generate investment insights using advanced data models and proprietary financial datasets.

Responsibilities:
- Architect, refine, and scale complex backend systems using Python, with a strong focus on efficiency, reliability, and scalability
- Optimize application performance for speed, scalability, and efficient resource utilization
- Build systems capable of handling high concurrency and large-scale data processing
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to translate requirements into robust, scalable architectures
- Work with advanced storage systems and databases such as Redis, PostgreSQL, and ClickHouse
- Drive best practices in coding, testing, and deployment across the development lifecycle
Requirement:
- 7+ years of experience in backend development
- B.Tech from Tier 1 college with 8+ CGPA
- Hands on experience with Python or Java or Go
